HARCO worked with Evans General Contractors to construct Coastal Trade Center. A significant project for the area, CTC is an industrial warehouse complex located in Rincon, Georgia. Coastal Trade Center is comprised of three separate warehouses totaling 2,329,000 square feet of warehouse storage space. This project required nearly 1 million cubic yards of earthworks and 302,000 cubic yards of material receiving soil cement stabilization. The team installed a combined 55,000 linear feet of utilities. In addition, HARCO also constructed a spine road that enabled access among the buildings and provided entry to future development. A total of 11.5 miles of curb and 114,000 square yards of asphalt pavement was installed in order to reach completion.
