HARCO worked with Omega Construction to build Hardeeville Commerce Park, a 265,000 square foot industrial warehouse located in Hardeeville, South Carolina. The first building in a three-building complex, this project required 109,000 cubic yards of earthwork, 55,000 cubic yards of material to be cement stabilized, and 8,500 linear feet of combined utilities to be installed. Additionally, 6,000 linear feet of curb and gutter was needed along with 6,000 square yards of 2” asphalt pavement.
