HARCO worked with Evans General Contractors to build Horizon 16, which is an industrial warehouse development located in Pooler, GA. Horizon 16 consists of 3 separate buildings totaling 625,600 square feet. This project required 887,000 cubic yards of earthworks along with 70,600 square yards of asphalt and 12,800 linear feet of 24” curb and gutter to be installed. Additionally, HARCO installed a combined 34,500 linear feet of utilities ranging in size from 2” – 12” water line to 3” – 8” sewer line and finally up to 48” reinforced concrete pipe.
