HARCO worked with Capital Development to construct a 15-acre container laydown yard. Construction began with cutting and shifting 40,400 cubic yards of earth to balance the site. 40,000 square yards of 6” asphalt pavement was placed on top of 23,000 tons of graded aggregate base for the surface of the container yard. Furthermore, 2,400 linear feet of storm pipe was installed to ensure proper drainage for the entire site.
