Westside Commerce

HARCO worked with The Conlan Company to construct Westside Commerce, a 150,000 square foot industrial warehouse located in Pooler, GA. Beginning with 32,000 cubic yards of earthworks that were required to balance the site. Next, the team installed 4,200 linear feet of combined pipe to construct the water, sewer, and storm drainage systems. Following the utility phase, 4,500 tons of aggregate base material was imported, 4,230 square yards of 2” asphalt pavement and 4,200 linear feet of concrete curb was placed to complete the warehouse portion of this project. Additionally, HARCO oversaw the installation of a significant traffic control system upgrade in the entrance to the facility which included 600 linear feet of directional bores under a main traffic corridor.
